20+ years of global energy industry experience across Shell and QGC, delivering results in complex unconventional resource projects including tight gas, shale, and coal seam gas across North America and Australia.
Proven leader in asset development and growth, having led front-end development for Queensland tight gas sand assets and driven opportunities from subsurface evaluation through to investment-ready projects.
Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, including roles as Subsurface Team Lead, Opportunity Lead, and Development Manager within major LNG and upstream portfolios.
Deep technical expertise in petrophysics and subsurface evaluation, combined with project leadership on liquid-rich shale developments and pore pressure analysis in onshore basins.
